Tzatziki dip

* perfect as a dip or as a condiment to steak, lamb or salmon .

Ingredients

1 cup plain yoghurt
½ medium cucumber
1 -2 cloves garlic

Method


Place cucumber and garlic in a processor then add the yoghurt.

Make as much as you like and keep in an airtight container in the fridge.
I like to serve on grilled Salmon or with my lamb salad to add a bit more flavour without adding salt and sugar that you can get in other sauces on the market.
