Tuffles

1 pkt marie biscuits
1/2 cup rolled oats
1 cup shredded coconut
2 tbls grounded flaxseed
2 tbls cacao powder
1 tbls chia seeds
1/2 tin condensed milk
1 tbls coconut oil
dash vanilla essence
1/4 cup water


Method
Combine all together until sticky consistency (you may need a bit more water) and then roll into balls, toss through coconut and refrigerate.

* my kids love as a school snack
* you could take out biscuits and use only nuts, which I do sometimes, plus then add some dates.
