Burn and Learn – 8 week program
“Buying a program that requires a lot of time and effort frustrates me due to life with kids. I get very annoyed starting a program and can only do this half arsed which is really time and money wasted”
I’ve ended up more frustrated because at the end of the program I haven’t changed anything. I have autoimmune health concerns that puts me on a roller coaster of hormonal issues which adds to the frustrations, but I have never found a program that can help work through this, they are not flexible they only stress me more.
As a result of purchasing this program I found that I could work around the children, I could listen and watch live facebook chats when the children were either at school or in bed.
The knowledge! I feel like I’ve got a much better understanding of my body and how it works (or doesn’t) and why. The live chats are great – so insightful, I love listening to the podcasts specific to me that Kerrie forwarded through. It’s also nice to have fellow girls going through the same things to know what direction to go on.
As a woman going through a roller coaster of hormonal issue as well as autoimmune (and the rest of my horrid health issues) I really have learned to listen to my body and respect it more.
The passion put into this program has been amazing.

I understand that getting all the information at once can be very overwhelming, and time consuming.
As a mother of two active boys, I realise that drip feeding relevant information is the key to success, it’s about each woman having an “a-ha” moment and having time to take in information when she is in the right place.
Giving the customers the tools to use within their own home is so beneficial, pressure to complete tasks whilst you are at home with the family gives you more flexibility, which leads to better success on your journey of better health.
Having the two sessions in the gym, gives a mother “me time”, some breathing space and creates self esteem within her changing body. These sessions focus on building strength, lean muscle and fitness, which is perfect for going forward in life keeping their body flexible and maintaining mobility. This is crucial for all mothers/women so as we age gracefully.
The 8 week program starting on October 9th will include:
– weekly live facebook chats on different topics which include: thyroid, estrogen, belly fat, cellulite, stress, sleep. (key component)
– x 2 training sessions in the gym, (7 times slots to choose from)
– small groups only
– guided shopping lists
– meal ideas (no plans as everyone has different tastes)
– initial one-on-one coaching session to work on your specific needs and concerns
– diary for your own use
– private fb group loaded with many hours of relevant content.
