Tomato and bocconcini Salad

* easy one when you have to take a salad to BBQ.

Serves 6

2 punnets of cherry or mini roma tomatoes, cut in half
1 red onion
200g tub bocconcini, drained and torn in half
½ cup pitted black olives
some basil leaves
½ cup balsamic vinegar
dash olive oil

Method


Arrange all the ingredients on a platter and then drizzle the balsamic vinegar and olive oil over the top and serve immediately.

 

*When asked to take a salad to a BBQ this is perfect.
*Can use feta cheese instead of bocconcini.
