The love of food
We are all attracted to the new fad of what to eat.
Paleo, Gluten free, sugar free, high protein, metabolic, ketosis – guess what they are all have the same outcome: Lean protein, lots of vegetables, some fruits, and good omega-3 & 6’s plus reduce or eliminate wheat and high starchy products.
All you need to choose is which marketing appeals to you, because what is in the diet has the same principles.
Let’s move aware from the title of the eating structure you are on and look at more about our mindfulness of eating food and enjoying food, we tend to not look at a recipe/item on the menu, because of the way it’s been marketed.
Step one: If you look at your plate and can identify all the ingredients you have chosen (from a tree, plant, animal etc), you have no or limited processed foods (packet items) it’s classed as a great meal.
Next step is to enjoy that meal
Final step – In your next meal repeat the first two steps
