Support can be coaches, group support, supplements and essential oils

Each person needs different types of support at different times throughout their lives.

I found essential oils to be the missing link when it come to people’s health journey, and I am an
advocate of essential oils to help others improve their health weather it be to aid sleep, decrease stress, uplift their mood, assist with weight loss, support recovery, improve immune system, reduce allergies and the list goes on.

If you have trouble sleeping, your weight loss will not be easy, your choice of foods will not be optimal and your recovery will slow down, which can lead to colds and flus, injuries and regular mood swings.

When learning about essential oils it can be overwhelming.
It’s a lot easier when you know the specifics before you start introducing essential oils in your life.

Guided selection proper usage technique and safety precautions must be considered prior to launching your essential oil journey.

Life is ever evolving with new technology, information, methods, social situations and expectations among the few – and so support is necessary to help make transitions easier.

Essential oils are a great addition to you and your families support group.

This section within my business is to help people learn and understand how certain essential oils can help them.
I explain all the benefits that the oil presents and I also give tips on how to use the oils.

They can be used in three different ways – aromatically, topically, or internally.

I also give suggestions for blends for anxiety, moods, hormones, stress and sleep.

Continuing with regular exercise is important during these uncertain times.

Group Training is back

In line with the Health Department outside group training is allowed to resume so it's back to our regular group training session.

All group sessions are also available daily through the ZOOM platform. This platform is perfect to help keep accountability, encouragement and help to critique on the spot when it comes to training.

I am also conducting 1:1 training sessions outdoors and all equipment is being cleaned between each client.

Other protocols have been put in place and will be discussed with each client.

Health coaching is still available and is very important at this time to help the health. I welcome all my current clients and welcome new clients who might be suffering anxiety issues, low mood and high stress.
