Feel bad (Low self esteem)—–>

Eat for comfort (External gratification)—–>

Feel fat (low self esteem projected on the body) —>

Decide to go on a diet or restrict foods or forbid certain foods (the solution or punishment)——->

Feel deprived (both physically and emotionally from the restriction of food)—>

Binge (as a result of the deprivation)–>

Feel bad for binging —>

REPEAT THE CYCLE —>

Please make sure your diet covers all macronutrients – carbohydrates, protein and fats. NEVER cut out a food group. We are made to use all of these components for our bodies to work effectively.
