Summer time dips

250g frozen spinach (squeeze out excess liquid)
250g tub ricotta
100g feta soft
squeeze lemon
lemon zest

carrot dip:
500 g carrots
1/2 cup plain yoghurt
squeeze orange juice
1 tsp Moroccan seasoning
1/2 tsp honey

Beetroot dip:
250g baby beets (or fresh roasted beetroot)
400g chickpeas
2 cloves garlic
lemon juice
1 tsp ground cumin
sprinkle sesame seeds
dash olive oil

all these are blended in a processor and served with either stick vegetables or pita chips…whatever you and your guests prefer!
