Sticky date pudding protein balls

3/4 cup oats
3/4 cup almond meal
1/2 cup walnuts
2 tbls cacao powder
8 medjool dates pitted
2 tbls chia seeds
dash vanilla extract
2 scoops vanilla protein powder
2 tbls coconut oil


Method:
Place all ingredients into food processor or thermomix with 1/4-1/2 cup water and blend until the consistency you like and all stuck together then roll into balls

makes approx 25 balls.
