Spinach smoothie

Serves 1

Handful baby spinach leaves
1 cup coconut water or filtered water
1 green apple
1 kiwi fruit
5 strawberries
1 tbl ground flaxseed

 

Method


Place all ingredients into blender and process until smooth

*great for breakfast
*good morning  snack
*perfect post training if you add some protein powder
