Where is training held?

Training sessions can be done in my gym in Hamlyn Heights.
Alternatively I provided online training with access to coaching calls

What Program is right for me?
Sign up for a free 15 minute consult so we can determine and recommend the best program for you. Alternatively explore our Programs to see what we offer.
How much do you charge?

Casual sessions start at $18 but most of our clients find a monthly program more beneficial. Once we determine your requirements we’re happy to provide you with a fixed cost fee that can be paid monthly.

1:1 Personal training sessions
– 45 mins $60
– 30 mins $40

Health Coaching 1 hour session $85 with follow up contact.

We approach fitness with an approach of putting life into balance.
Giving you the tools to eat better, workout effectively, reduce stress and take control of your life.
Some people have weight loss goals others are keen to bring more balance into their lives.

Are you qualified?

Yes. I’m a qualified Personal Trainer, a Professional Health Coach and have been in the fitness industry for over 20 years.
I’m also accredited in Nutritional Psychology and wellbeing, behavioural change and Kitchen Medicine.
