delicious meal

4 chicken thighs
2 garlic cloves, crushed
4 rashers middle bacon
4 sprigs of rosemary
1 tbls coconut oil

Method


Preheat oven to 180oC
Heat oil in frypan, add garlic, then add chicken thighs and cook for a couple of minutes on each side.
Remove and place rosemary sprig on chicken thigh and then wrap the thigh with bacon. Secure with toothpick.
Place chicken in oven tray and cook for 10 minutes or until cooked through.

*place cherry tomatoes in the tray to roast or any other vegetable you like.
