Ricotta protein pancakes
*NO carb pancakes
1 whole egg
4 egg whites (1/2 cup egg whites only)
2 tbls ricotta cheese
2 tbls pysillum husks (optional)
1 tbls grounded flaxseed
dash cinnamon
dash vanilla extract
dash chia seeds
METHOD
Melt coconut oil in frying pan.
In a mixing bowl combine all ingredients and then spoon into frypan, this makes 2/3 pancakes.
Top with favourite fruit and plain low fat yoghurt.
I love breakfast after a hard training session!
