Nut Muesli
*free of added sugars, preservatives and additives

makes 4 -6 serves
1 cup almonds
1/2 cup macadamias
1/2 cup sunflowers
1/2 pepitas
2 tbls goji berries
2 tbls cranberries (optional)
(soak all these in water for at least 7 hours or overnight if you can)
1 tbls sesame seeds
1 tbls chia seeds
few shakes of cinnamon
1 tsp crushed ginger
2 tbls honey
2 tbls melted coconut oil
pinch sea salt
¼ LSA or grounded flaxseed
METHOD
*Drain the soaked nuts and berries then pulse in food processor until roughly chopped.
*Add the rest of ingredients and pulse together then spread out on baking paper on oven tray.
*Place in oven (set on 60oC or very low) for about 1 1/2 hours.
*If you want more clusters drizzle honey over the tray of nuts before you bake in oven.
*Store in airtight container (preferably glass) for 4 weeks.
*Serve with cup chopped fruit and some natural yoghurt
