Here is a checklist to help you start.

If you can put a tick beside 3 days in the week, it can be 3 walks, or 2 walks and a yoga session, it could be 2 walks and a dance class, anything….it’s all about moving and once you can start to structure 3 movement sessions in your week, that means you can keep these times aside and then maybe change up what that ‘movement’ entails.
It will show me that it is possible, that you have literally made a step in the right direction.

If you start off week one with 2 ticks, that’s totally fine, some weeks it may be more than others, the tip is to get 3 ticks per week on a regular basis, to put time for your health.
