Matcha tea at it’s best…

Ingredients:

1 cup cashews
1 cup coconut flakes
1/2 cup macadamia nuts
4 medjool dates
1-2 scoops vanilla protein powder
1 tbls chia seeds
1 tbls matcha tea
1 tbls coconut oil
1/4 cup coconut water

Method:


Place all ingredients in thermomix or food processor and chop until sticky consistency then roll into balls.
Place in fridge to set and can store in freezer.

Note: I make double batch and leave in freezer.
