Lorne retreat is nestled in amongst our beautiful bushland on the edge of our amazing coast line. You can’t get better than this bush meets sand and ocean.

To hike up to waterfalls or along the coastline will be truly peaceful and incorporate ‘grounding’, which this alone is so soothing to the soul.

I have designed this retreat to help to set you on the right track coming into a busy time of year. To help to nourish you and regain some energy, so that you are not tired at such a busy time of year.
It’s to have a bit of you time, before you give all your time to others.

Massage


is a beautiful way to unwind and feel rejuvenated, so you will be pampered for an hour to help you relax.

Reiki healing

Another beautiful way to connect to your soul, to help you to regenerate and think outside the square. Over years of being busy and caring for those you love, it’s time for you to be cared for.

I will educate you on the importance of fueling the body with nutrients and essential oils, nurturing the body with yoga and massages, and be available for any support you need to focus on a healthy path going forward.

Essential oils

These are a natural way to help uplift your mood, settle your nerves, relax your monkey mind, balance your day, feel fresh and feel good.
The oils workshop will show you how to diffuse for your best mood, topical application to help heal, and digest for internal health.

Cooking class

This will be a wonderful way to taste new foods, construct new recipes and take away some fabulous ideas for the upcoming summer and xmas period.
I will separate the myths from the truths when it comes to the ‘healthy’ foods. I will help to explain the importance of your balance macronutrients (if you don’t know about this I will explain). I will also teach you smart shopping hacks to ensure you and your family eat well.

Yoga

well what do I need to say – this is such a wonderful opportunity to help move your body in such a careful way and to allow yourself to surrender. Amanda our teacher is so magical with her soothing voice and instructed yoga session that will leave you feeling so invigorated and repaired.

Fitness sessions

will be on the beach, working at the level you can handle. This is not about crazy workouts, it’s about moving your body in a functional way that allows your muscles to react in a positive way. To inspire your endorphins.
