I have learnt many things over the past ten years, but in the last three years the amount (as in volume of content) has blown my mind. Like anything there is an adaption stage, and that is where I am now – adapting this to all of my practises, to help to bring it all together for my beautiful clients and followers.
This April, was not only a sad month for me, for it’s the anniversary of my beautiful brother, marked 3 yrs, it held mixed emotions, as I was excited to hold my first health retreat in Bright, which many of you have read about or seen pictures. In April I also started back in my yoga practise, where I met a beautiful soul – Amanda. She sat on her yoga mat at the front of the room filled with prana surrounding her (energy light) and I could tell she was meditating before taking her class. I could feel a wonderful presence in the room and felt a connection. This yoga room was where I was three times a week when Wayne was sick, I would pray each time for his health and to hopefully beat the cancer fight. Unfortunately this did not happen, however the energy in this room fills my heart and soul. Meeting Amanda made this circle complete – I knew there would be growth in our friendship. And yes there is. To tie this altogether is I found with the Bright Health retreat, the women who joined me, found themselves in many ways. They needed the break, they needed the nourishment, they needed to be supported, guided and they needed to heal. Not that they were fully broken, but they were tired. I realised there and then, I need to give more women this opportunity, I would love nothing more than to help women nourish their body, mind and soul. So as I mentioned with all the content I have put together, the importance of self love, the importance of sleep, stress, nutrition and movement, and most of all the importance of loving the spirit of those that you have lost.
This brings me to the creation of the Lorne Health retreat… Nestled in amongst Mother Natures trees in Lorne, 6 minutes from the beach, the sand, and the salt water – the participants will be involved with fitness sessions, hikes or trail runs up to the waterfalls, yoga, reiki healing, relaxing massages, health workshops, knowledge bombs to use forever, retail therapy if need be – but above it all some wonderful vibrant and delicious food, that will also help nourish you from the inside – out. You will be surrounded with like minded women, and have my full support to help you if you so wish. This is an amazing opportunity to help you get on track – to help you cope with the weeks leading up to Xmas. I will endeavour to give you to some strategic plans to put in place, to not eat yourself into Xmas, and through Xmas; up until Easter 2019.
I am so blessed to have Amanda come and spread her beautiful energy, her pure calmness and most of all give you an amazing energy healing that you all deserve. Amanda will take you through 2 yoga practises plus if you would like a one on one healing session, Amanda will be available. If you need this, if you need to regerneate your energy, if you need to reclaim your health, then don’t let this opporutinity pass you by.
‘No one will ever be more invested in your mental or physical health than you’ Here are what the girls said about Bright, and this will apply to the Lorne retreat as well:

The variety of workouts, being able to taste test new foods, lots of information re good health and nutrition. All in a great location. I enjoyed all of it .. I really liked having the opportunity to be so physically active in a nice way.The combination of being challenged with the weights sessions, the different styles of yoga to suit each day AND then to be able to decide when to walk/run/bike ride at my own pace around those sessions was fantastic. – Simone A
