Kiwi smoothie with vanilla chia pudding

*great for those on the go in the morning

Serves 2

Chia Pudding:
2 tbls chia seeds
1/2 cup almond milk
1 tbls vanilla extract

 Smoothie:
1 banana
1/2 mango
2 kiwis
dash of water
dash of almond milk
1 tsp honey

 

Method


Add the chia seeds, almond milk and vanilla extract into a glass and stir well. Soak in the fridge for at least 4 hours or overnight.
For the smoothie add the banana, mango kiwis, water, almond and honey into a blender and blend until smooth.
Take the chia pudding out of the fridge, stir well and add into a glass.
Add the smoothie on top of the chia pudding.

 

*great breakfast for on the go
*add protein powder if having after workout
*you can also add some quinoa flakes to bulk it up as well.
