Homemade Muesli

*free of added sugars, preservatives and additives

2 cups rolled oats
¾ cup pepitas
¾ cup sunflower seeds
2 cup chopped raw almonds
1 cup chopped macadamina nuts
¼ cup sesame seeds
few shakes of cinnamon
1 tbls honey mixed with water


METHOD
Mix all ingredients together and spread out on baking paper on oven tray.
Place in oven (set on 140oC) until crisp – approx ½ hour

Add muesli to some natural yoghurt and fresh fruit for a great afternoon snack or a healthy style dessert.
