One hour session
This consultation focus on areas such as health, wellbeing and nutrition. If you need guidance to overcome energy slumps, cravings, look at your physical activity, weekly planning from meals to activity planning, through to sleep and sleep quality.
-Working through a personal assessment form to identify area of concern.

-Recommendations to suit you.

New beginning – Reboot

4 x 1 hour sessions over 6 weeks
This program is designed to work through YOUR areas of concern which could be:
– to educate you on nutritional wholesome foods and the benefits it can give you, such as increased energy, feeling nourished, reduce headaches,  reduce cravings, and reduce body fat.
-Implement some strategies to help the chaos in the family, plan out meals and weekly activities.
-How to relieve stress, to improve mental focus, performance in work, family and social life.
-Strategies to get quality sleep and understand the cycle of work, rest and play.
Our sessions will be step by step for you to be able to achieve your OUTCOME.

Personalised Coaching

6 x 1 hour fortnightly sessions over three months
This program is for someone that wants to change their lifestyle choices step by step, by implementing their own individual plan, with my support and methods to encourage health goals, that can be maintained effortlessly and not placed on any restricted diets or supplement plans. They are coached and supported for 3 months to ensure they succeed.
-Wellbeing assessment

-Food diary assessments/recipe/meal ideas/food swaps
-Pantry cleanse
-Shopping trip and cooking class  
-Weekly activity planning
-Email support between sessions
-FB closed discussion group with like minded people

12 x 1 hour fortnightly sessions over six months
This program is designed for someone who wants to change their lifestyle choices from nutrition – food choices, introduce or maintain exercise, to implement strategies to balance life, family and work. Working through step by step to create their own plan, with my methods and guidance to ensure new healthy habits are a part of your everyday life.
-Wellbeing assessment

-Food dairy assessments/recipe/meal ideas/food swaps
-Pantry cleanse
-Shopping trip and cooking classes
-Weekly activity planning
-Email support between sessions
-FB closed discussion group with like minded people
-Variety of support material

Pricing $200 per month for six months (total $1200)

Group Coaching 3 months

 

6 x 90 minute fortnightly sessions over three months
Minimum 4 people – maximum 8 people per group
This program is designed to help people who want to change their lifestyle choices with a supportive group. This option is also popular for mothers groups, school groups and work colleges. “The new book club”
