Greenest soup ever

*all vegetables in the green family.

Serves 4

4 cups broccoli florets
3 cups cauliflower florets
1 large zucchini chopped
5 kale stalks, stalks removed
1 onion chopped
2 cloves garlic
1 litre of chicken broth
1 tbls olive oil

Method


Heat oil in non stick saucepan on medium heat and cook onion and garlic for a few minutes.
Add rest of the vegetables, stock and water.
Bring to boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes
Use a barmix and blend up all the vegetables (more water may be needed depending how thick you like the soup)
