Green Smoothie

Serves 1

1 cup baby spinach leaves
½ cucumber
1 small avocado
½ cup frozen mango
juice and zest of orange
juice of lime
1 1/2 cups coconut water or filtered water
1 tbls chia seeds
2 tbls peptias

 

Method


Place all ingredients into blender and process until smooth

*great for breakfast.
*good morning  snack.
*perfect post training if you add some protein powder.
