Good recovery Smoothie

Serves 1

1 whole orange, chopped
1 ripe banana
¼- ½ cup coconut water
2 tbls protein powder
½ cup ice cubes or cold water

Method


Place all ingredients into blender and process until smooth

*great for breakfast.
*perfect post training smoothie filled with magnesium, potassium, protein and carbs
