While it’s great for skin and joint health, if you use kombucha it is a double whammy helping with gut health.
4 tbls quality gelatin (grass feed)
1/3 cup cold kombucha or water
1.5 cup frozen berries of choice
Method
1.Combine gelatin and liquid of choice, stir until thick and set aside.
2.Heat berries, then blitz.
3.Add the gelatin to the berries and stir until smooth consistency
4. Pace in fridge until firm, cut into pieces and enjoy.

- I make my own kombucha as well
