Ferrero protein balls

* post workout, guilt free and delicious.

2/3 cup hazelnuts roughly chopped
1/3 cup almonds
1 cup hazelnut meal
1/3 cup ground flaxseed
6 fresh dates
2 tbls cacao
2 tbls coconut oil melted
2 scoops vanilla protein powder
3 tbls chia seeds
¼ cup water (maybe a bit more)

Method

Place hazelnuts into processor and chop for 10 seconds, then put to the side
Place rest of the ingredients into processor until all combined and sticky.
Add the roughly chopped hazelnuts back into mixture
Roll into balls and dust over with cacao.

*Perfect for the chocolate hit without the loads of sugar.
*Freezable and great for taking a plate to a function.
