Fat burn focus – group training and coaching combined

I have designed this small face to face group program to
– reinforce correct technique whilst training.
– involve functional, strength and relevant cardio exercises to promote fat burn, NOT to fat store!
– highlighting all four pillars of health and wellbeing to get you feeling good again.
– Private one on one coaching on nutritional and behavioural change, that explains why road blocks may be happening and how to overcome them, based on your concerns.

This program will be beneficial to those that need support, but would like accountability.
Being educated on female health concerns such as hormones and how they affect our unwanted belly fat, understanding the ripple effect of brain fog, low moods and overall self esteem.
I am keeping the groups small to encourage a team support network, to remain in a private gym and to encourage you every step of the way by helping you overcome those hurdles in life.
The groups can be a private group of friends or family, if that’s what will help encourage you to begin an overall health journey. The groups could also be a mix of participants just wanting to join a support group.
The groups will negotiate two times per week that suits all participants for exercise training and once a fortnight we will meet to work through nutrition, stress issues, sleep and the overall wellness that comes with general health.
Programs out in the market offer exercise, but may only have a generic meal plan to follow, or they may be diet based with a generic exercise program to complete. The coaching provided will target you specifically to help you and your family to succeed in overall health, not just exercise and diet. If you are not managing stress in your life, I guarantee your weight/body fat will suffer.
I believe the care of working face to face with a health and fitness coach will give you more success than an online program. To be given the time and having the latest research broken down and explained to you personally, is a perfect way to transition into healthier lifestyles.
