Just complete through once at the start of every minute complete the following:-
– Use weights if you have them

20 push ups
20 lunges right leg
10 birpees
20 lunges left leg
30 bicycle twist (lying on back – ab work)
20 new jacks (jump in squat jump out squat = 1)
1 min plank
15 tricep push ups
rest – 1 min
30 skaters
5 kneel down get ups each leg (kneel onto floor and get up)
40 mountain climbers
20 push ups
wall squat – 1 min
15 wide jump squats
20 Dips
20 full sit ups
10 birpees
50 high knees
30 pulse squats (stay low and BREATHE)
