Date and Nut balls
* pre workout for energy boost or sweet treat.
½ cup almonds
½ cup cashews
1 cup fresh dates
squirt of lemon or lime juice
Method
In a food processor chop up nuts until fine (not like a paste) Add in dates and lemon or lime juice and mix until sticky Roll into balls
*I add some protein powder in some of my batches.
*Freezable and great for taking a plate to a function.
