Cucumber appetizers

*tasty snack time.

Serves 2 (snack sizes)

Sml tub of cottage cheese (100g) (or light cream cheese)
sml tin tuna (95g) in springwater, drained
1 large cucumber
chopped chives
cherry tomatoes, cut into quarters black pepper

Method


Slice cucumber in 1cm thick slices.
Combine tuna, cheese and chives.
Spoon mixture onto cucumber slices, place tomato on top and add cracked pepper to your liking.

 

*you can take out tuna, but maybe add a hard boiled egg to make up protein source.
*make enough mixture for two days for afternoon snack or 1 good light lunch meal.
*eat this half hour after workout.
