2 eggs
2 tbls psyllium husks
2 tbls organic coconut milk
2 tbls grounded flaxseed
2 tbls chia seeds
dash cinnamon
dash vanilla extract
dash turmeric

Mix all together and melt coconut oil in the fry pan and cook on each side for a few minutes.
Top with berries and pure cream or natural full fat yoghurt.
Can make small pikelets is you prefer for snack options
