Coconut, fig and lemon protein balls
* Full of flavour
3 tbs coconut flour
3 tbs desiccated coconut
¼ cup crushed cashews (or macadamia nuts)
¼ cup quick oats
¼ cup dried juicy figs (chopped in processor)
2 tbs vanilla protein powder
1 tbs LSA
1 tbs coconut oil
1 tsp rice malt syrup
Lemon juice
Coconut water or filtered water
Method
Mix everything together add as much water and lemon juice as required to make the mixture wet and then roll into balls.
Refrigerate
Makes 12 balls
