Chocolate bark

Ingredients:

50gm raw cacao butter
20gm pure maple syrup
10gm acai powder (or maca/chaga/cordyceps/lions mane/reishi)
1 tsp natural vanilla extract
40gm raw cacao powder
30gm goji berries (or raisins)
1 pinch salt
Nuts and seeds of choice to use for topping (see varieties below)

Method:

  1. Line baking tray with baking paper
  2. Melt cacao butter in glass bowl over boiling water until melted, then remove from heat.
  3. Add syrup, powder of choice and vanilla
  4. Add cacao powder, raisins or goji berries and salt, mix until combined.
  5. Spread out across the baking paper as thin as you like, then sprinkle your topping of choice
  6. Place in fridge until set (approx 30 mins) – break into pieces to serve.
