Chocolate bark
Ingredients:
50gm raw cacao butter
20gm pure maple syrup
10gm acai powder (or maca/chaga/cordyceps/lions mane/reishi)
1 tsp natural vanilla extract
40gm raw cacao powder
30gm goji berries (or raisins)
1 pinch salt
Nuts and seeds of choice to use for topping (see varieties below)
Method:
- Line baking tray with baking paper
- Melt cacao butter in glass bowl over boiling water until melted, then remove from heat.
- Add syrup, powder of choice and vanilla
- Add cacao powder, raisins or goji berries and salt, mix until combined.
- Spread out across the baking paper as thin as you like, then sprinkle your topping of choice
- Place in fridge until set (approx 30 mins) – break into pieces to serve.
- Lasts in fridge for 1 week
