Choc protein brownie
* enjoy while on the run.
Makes 12 brownies
1 cup rolled oats
½ cup protein powder
3 tbls cacao powder
1 cup fresh dates
½ cup walnuts
½ cup shredded coconut
2 tbls chia seeds
1 tsp vanilla essence
¼ cup water
1 tsp sea salt
20g- 40g dark choc chips or chopped dark chocolate
Method
Place all the rolled oats into a food processor and chop till fine.
Add the dates and walnuts and chop up a little bit before adding all the other ingredients.
Once at a sticky consistency place in a lined slice tray and pat down evenly.
*perfect after a workout.
*keep in fridge in air tight container for about a week.
*Freezable and great for taking a plate your workout buddies get together.
