Choc peanut energy balls

cho peanut protein

1 cup quick oats
2/3 cup coconut flakes
2 tbls flaxseed or LSA
2 tbls chia seeds
2 tbls vanilla protein powder
2 tbls cacao powder
3 tbls natural peanut butter
3 tbls cacao powder
2 tbls rice malt syrup
1 tsp vanilla essence
¼ cup water

Method

Place all the ingredients into a bowl and mix together. Roll into balls

*perfect after a workout.
*keep in fridge in air tight container for about a week.
*Freezable and great for taking a plate to a function.
