Choc goji berry protein balls
* post workout.
*Note nuts need to be soaked (activated) prior to making
1 cup almonds
1 cup walnuts
6 fresh dates
2 tbls LSA or Linseed
2 tbls chia seeds
2 tbls vanilla protein powder
3 tbls coconut oil melted
3 tbls cacao powder
dash cinnamon
½ cup goji berries
¼ cup water
Method
Soak almonds and walnuts in water for 5 hours, rinse and then bake in oven on very low for ½ hour
Place nuts into processor and chop for 10 seconds, then place rest of the ingredients into processor until all combined and sticky.
Use teaspoon to roll into balls
*Note high calories so limit intake per day.
*Freezable and great for taking a plate to a function.
