Chia porridge
*perfect for a winters morning
Serves 2
½ cup chia seeds
¼ cup quinoa flakes
2 cups coconut or almond milk
1 tbls honey
dash vanilla essence
dash cinnamon
METHOD
*Place the all ingredients into a saucepan and stir over a low heat until mixture becomes light and fluffy.
*Serve with some fresh berries with a sprinkle of cinnamon over the top.
