It was the right balance of organised activity v’s free time. the food was well thought out and very satisfying. easy atmosphere. tried new things eg food and was a good reminder of the importance of health and how to go about it. – Sarah

What a weekend!! Refreshed my mind, body and spirit. Fresh air, running, walking, strength training, yoga, massage and spectacular food(I didn’t have to plan or cook). Every mother’s dream!! All while making some new friends and catching up with a friend from the past. – Tracey

Firstly, the setting was beautiful. The freshness of the mornings, the autumn leaves, the sunshine,we were very lucky with the weather. there was good variety with activities which I enjoyed. The yoga was probably my favourite – Kerryn
