Banana custard
*dessert at it’s healthiest
Serves 2
2 banana mashed
4 medjool dates, seeds removed
4 eggs, beaten
1 cup coconut or almond milk
dash cinnamon
dash vanilla extract
dash chia seeds
pinch salt
METHOD
Preheat oven at 180oC
In a mixing bowl combine all ingredients and then spoon into two individual ramekins. Bake in oven for 15 – 20 minutes (alternatively you can place in microwave for 3 minutes each)
