Apple and cinnamon cookies

*just what you need for on the go breakfast or a great snacks

2 mashed bananas
1/3 cup stewed apples
1 tsp vanilla extract
few shakes of cinnamon
2 tbls coconut oil
2 cups rolled oats
1/3 cup desiccated coconut
½ cup raisins

 

Method


1. Preheat oven to 160oC and line baking tray with baking paper
2. Place all the ingredients into a bowl and mix well.
3. Roll into 12 cookies and flatten slightly.
4. Bake for ½ hour or until golden.

*I cook mine so they are more on the soft side than crunchy side, depends how you like them.
*These are freezable.
*Lasts in a sealed container for 5 days.
