5 min rounds – continually work through the three exercise for 5 minutes, then move to the next stations straight away, with no set rest – but please rest if you need.

10 skaters
10 burpees
10 tricep push-ups

c)
10 mountain climbers
10 push-ups
10 full sit ups

d)
10 kneel down get ups
10 elbows to hands
10 squat jumps

Finisher: 3 x 1 min planks (15 to 30 sec rest in between)
