What is a Health Coach?
There are more fitness trainers, gyms and Personal Trainers in existence than ever before, yet obesity, stress and mental health are at peak levels. Why? People are complex human beings and trying to reduce weight without addressing underlying issues is just asking to jump on a merry-go-round of crap. Same too if you want to reduce anxiety but your confidence is at an all time low.
A health coach works with you, approaching underlying issues with a focus on improving your overall wellbeing be that on the scales, in your confidence, reduced anxiety, better nutrition and happiness or just general wellbeing.
Providing a very private gym to clients in a one-on-one service or in a group setting.
With over two decades of experience we have found that many people come and go: Clients can come for a reason, season, bi-monthly or a lifetime – it’s up to the individual on what they need, at the time they need. We have no lock in contracts which allows for this flexibiilty.
There is also an understanding that each client has different needs and abilities, therefore modifications are provided for these circumstances.

Our retreats are 100% organised for you and you’ll join a like-minded group of friendly individuals. We travel locally and internationally and run retreats a few times a year. What we eat has big impacts on how we move, sleep and feel. Educating about how nutrition impacts you and guiding you onto a path of sustainable nutrition eating is part of my role as a health coach. My clients love the recipes I create and I’m happy to share them with you.
